Retail Sales Executive (PC Department)

- Oversee sales operations and promotional activities for retail products to align with the business plan and achieve sales goals.
- Manage customer relationships (CRM), representing the company to build a positive image and maintain good relationships with customers while considering the company's interests.
- Train, develop, and manage the potential of sales staff (PC).
- Report on sales and provide market movement updates along with suggestions.
- Conduct store visits to inspect, improve, and develop staff performance according to standards and enhance sales opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer management in the Modern Trade business.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good personality, creative thinking, and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle problems with quick thinking and resourcefulness.
