• Design strategy and set goals for company’s growth.
• Maintain budgets and optimize all activities expenses.
• Set policies and processes align with Dr.CBD company.
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
• Create buy-in for the pet’s products vision both internally and with key external partners.
• Develop products pricing and positioning strategies.
• Translate products strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Act as a pet’s products evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics in international markets, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the Department of Trade Promotion (or relevant government agencies) to navigate regulatory requirements, obtain necessary permits, and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
