Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing communication strategies to promote the hotel's brand, enhance its reputation, and drive business growth. This role involves managing a team, overseeing marketing campaigns, coordinating public relations activities, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Key Job Responsibilities
1.1 Managing the jobs
• Developing marketing strategies: Creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote the hotel and outlets to target audiences. This involves conducting market research, identifying target markets, and developing effective marketing campaigns.
• Brand management: Ensuring consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing communications. This includes maintaining brand guidelines, managing brand reputation, and overseeing the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and online content.
• Advertising and promotions: Planning and executing advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive bookings and customer engagement. This involves coordinating with advertising agencies, managing media placements, and monitoring campaign performance.
• Digital marketing: Managing the hotel's online presence and digital marketing efforts. This includes overseeing the hotel's website, social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and online advertising initiatives.
• Public relations: Building and maintaining positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners. This involves organizing press releases, media events, sponsorship, familiarization trips for journalists and influencers, and collaboration to enhance brand visibility.
• Content creation: Developing engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, blogs, and newsletters. This includes writing and editing copy, creating visual assets, and ensuring content is optimized for search engines.
• Market research and analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights. This information is used to refine marketing strategies, target specific market segments, and improve the hotel's competitiveness.
• Budget management: Managing the marketing communication budget, including allocating funds for different marketing initiatives, tracking expenses, and ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
• Performance tracking: Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing communication activities and campaigns. This includes tracking key performance indicators, analyzing data, and preparing reports to evaluate the success and ROI of marketing efforts.
1.2 Managing others
• Collaborating with other departments such as sales, Food & Beverage, Spa, and others operations to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. This involves coordinating marketing campaigns for specific events, promotions, or seasonal activities.
• Working with external partners such as PR/advertsing agencies, graphic designer, content creator, and media outlets. Managing relationships, providing direction, and ensuring timely and effective execution of marketing communication activities.
2.) Maintaining Standards
• To help consistently to achieve the goals of the hotel’s vision and mission statement,
• To show strong commitment to achieve the goals of your personal mission statement,
• To actively support the hotel’s team culture and help to achieve the goals of the hotel’s vision,
• To perform other reasonable duties as required by Management team from time to time,
• To show positive, energetic and caring attitude at all times towards colleagues, staff, guests and our suppliers.
• To continuously improve the quality and service of the hotel,
• To meet or surpass the standards of performance required in the job,
• To actively support the work and decisions of all teams and committees,
• To make a significant and continuous effort to increase your professional knowledge, to improve the skills and to achieve the goals in your career development plan,
• To complete training depending on the training policy including Core Training, training required by Thai laws, In house training and On the Job training.
• To implement the training into practice all training received, especially training relating to the job knowledge and skills and the hotel’s philosophy,
• To give full support to the hotel’s environment management and consciousness,
• To participate hotel's activities and CSR appropriately.
3.) Generals
3.1 ) Roles and Responsibilities
• Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.
• Performs additional duties as directed by supervisors.
• Makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations to supervisors for the general improvement of the hotel.
• Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
• Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
• Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or regulation of the hotel is represented.
• Attends meetings and training as required by supervisors.
• Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of local Law.
3.2 Regulatory Hotel Policy
• To follow and respect the hotel’s policy set by the management

• Achievement of the goals and objectives of the hotel
• Individual performance versus hotel standards.
• Quantity and nature of comments and complaints from stakeholders.
• Departmental expenditure maintained within budget.
• Standards and consistency of food preparation and presentations

• Attendance at scheduled training and development sessions
