3. Design and improve the recruitment and selection tools
4. Translate standard procedure and all Recruitment documents into English
5. Plant tour assistant
7. Handle the monthly payroll of subcontracted drivers, Including Calculating Overtime and allowances and ensuring accurate data entry
Administration :
1. Administration of Student Trainee Database
2. Prepare and issue student trainee certificate
3. Administration of Recruitment Facebook
4. Administration of Minebea Website in the part of Job Vacancy , Internship and Takahashi Foundation's activities
5. Secretary of Recruitment meeting and prepare meeting minutes
6. Other assigned tasks
Special Project Assignment :
1. Dual Vocational Technical Project.
2. Cooperative Internship Program Project.
3. Knowledge Assessment and Development Skill of Technician Project Level 1 - 3
4. Instructor of HRA New Staff Training Program
5. Takahashi Foundation's data support
6. Other special project assignments
Recruitment Officer Position
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Business administration ,Public Administration, English or other relevant field
- Good personality
- Good Communication and Coordination skill
- Self-Confident
- Communicates well in English
- Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Able to work at Bang Pa-In ,Ayutthaya Province
