Training Program Development:
1.Design and develop engaging and effective training programs for various technical and soft skills, considering different learning styles and employee levels.
2.Conduct annual training needs assessments and surveys.
Training Delivery:
Facilitate training sessions using various instructional methods, including classroom lectures, workshops, on-the-job training, and e-learning.
Training Evaluation:
1.Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance data.
Training Materials Maintenance:
1.Keep training materials updated and relevant to current needs and regulations.
2.Translate training materials from Chinese to Thai and English.
Training Budget Management:
1.Effectively manage and allocate training budget resources.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
1.Work closely with other departments to ensure training programs align with business objectives.
1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.3 - 5+ years of experience in training in the Thailand OEM automotive industry.
3.Familiarity with the Thailand OEM automotive market and its specific talent demands.
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills.
5.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
6.Proficiency in Chinese, Thai and English languages (both written and verbal) are required.
7.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canvas and other relevant software.
