Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure the mall is running smoothly and efficiently.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenants, addressing concerns and facilitating solutions.
Implement initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience and increase customer satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and activities.
Lead and manage the mall operations team, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping staff.
Monitor vendor performance and address any issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At lease 3 years experience in retail or mall management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good in Microsoft office and software concerned.
