Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions.
Configure Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
Troubleshoot and optimize Entra ID configurations, ensuring security and compliance.
Support hybrid identity configurations and integrations (e.g., Active Directory + Entra ID).
Implement data governance, compliance, and data loss prevention policies with Microsoft Purview.
Manage Microsoft Purview Information Protection and sensitive data classifications.
Apply Zero Trust principles to identity management, ensuring least-privilege access.
Collaborate on securing endpoints, networks, and applications based on Zero Trust architecture.
Provide expertise in Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, and related cloud security tools.
Monitor security incidents and recommend improvements to reduce risks.
Advise customers on best practices for Entra ID, Purview, and Zero Trust implementations

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 2+ years working with Microsoft cloud security technologies.
Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Purview.
Strong understanding of Zero Trust Security principles.
Hands-on experience with Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and data governance policies.
Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, and other Microsoft cloud security tools.
Knowledge of hybrid identity and on-premises directory integrations.
Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900). Additional relevant certifications such as Azure Security Engineer Associate (SC-300, SC-400) are a plus.
