Job Summary:
The Sales Executive for Food Services is responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing existing accounts in the food services sector. This individual will play a key role in meeting revenue and profitability targets, as well as expanding the company's market share in the food services industry.
Scope of Work:
- Identify potential clients in the food services industry.
- Conduct cold calls and schedule client meetings.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
- Nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services.
- Handle customer queries and concerns.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Gather customer feedback.
- Participate in industry events and conferences.
- Maintain a sales database.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Provide feedback to the sales and product teams.
- Work closely with the marketing department on sales campaigns.
- Coordinate with customer service for after-sales support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, specifically in the food services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
