Department: Quality Assurance
Brief description of duties:
1. Liaisons with the customer to monitor the satisfaction on the products quality & responsibility and provide an improvement / change as required
2. Monitor customer line fall out and work with internal BIT team to develop continuous improvment
3. Ensure regular report to be send to customer on time
4. Be host for any customer visit
5. Support the organization Goal in achieving Total Customer Satisfaction.
6. Perform related work as assigned
