Transportation & Logistics Supervisor
บริษัท ลิกซิล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน)- Ensure sufficient trucks are available to meet daily needs, and book trucks with transport providers
- Control truck availability and ensure timely and accurate operations
- Oversee the loading of goods efficiently, minimizing errors to avoid customer complaints and claims
- Coordinate with the Backhaul team from Home Pro and CRC for loading goods
- Work with relevant teams to resolve product claims caused by the transport provider or the Checker team
- Collaborate with teams to address issues arising during transportation, such as delays, damage, or loss of goods, and manage emergency situations
- Manage and supervise employees, including transport drivers, to ensure efficient and accurate work
- Resolve problems during the transportation process and coordinate with teams to handle urgent issues
- Prepare daily/monthly reports on transportation and Checker performance (KPI)
- Represent the department in operations-related matters such as safety, ISO, and other regulatory standards
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, business administration or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 5 -10 years of experience in transport operations and transportation management
- Management Skills: Proficient in planning, leadership, and handling high-pressure situations
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and motivational skills
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and effective interpersonal communication, with a solid understanding of employee relations management
- Good communication in English, Computer Literacy
- Familiar with Google Sheets and presentation
- Able to work in Rangsit Plant , Pathumthani
