Trade Operation Manager
บริษัท สยามอุตสาหกรรมยิปซัม (สระบุรี) จำกัด- Lead and develop trade marketing strategies and operations to enhance sales volume and market share across domestic and export markets, through distribution and project channels.
- Execute Trade Promotions: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and incentives. Organize and manage marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including domestic sales, export sales, customer service, and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure effective implementation of plans.
- Analyze Market Trends: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats. Continuously adapt strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics to optimize results.
- Budget Management: Manage trade marketing budgets effectively to achieve desired business objectives within allocated resources.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, projects, and internal teams.
- Event Management: Organize and manage marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Forecasting and Planning: Conduct demand forecasting and strategic planning to align trade marketing activities with sales objectives and market demand.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all trade marketing activities. Maintain integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful trade programs and strategies.
- Leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is preferred.
- Effective command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in trade operations, including at least 3 years in supervisory roles in any industry.
- Experience in the building materials or related industry is advantageous.
