Quality Assurance Executive

- Review and update service procedures and other documents related to the quality and safety management systems to related parties.
- Handle customer claims and complaints.
- Ensure available, proper, and adequate facilities and/or equipment for all services activities.
- Manage the training needs and training plans.
- Establish and ensure consistency of the quality/safety objectives and their application relating to SGS policy and business.
- Establish, implement, and maintain of the quality/safety management system.
- Evaluate and report on the performance of the quality/safety system to general manager.
- Identify and record any business operations or quality/safety system non-conformities.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of quality system, safety issue or operational non-conformity.
- Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through the appropriate channels.
- Verify the taking of corrective/preventive actions and solutions.
- Co-ordinate audit for both internal/external audit and third parties for all registrations and other issues.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sciences.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Document Control, Safety, Quality Assurance, or related field would be an advantage.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 17020, ISO 17025, are required.
- Strong in coordination and motivation a team towards a common goal.
- Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
- Very good in English skills.
- Able to work upcountry and/or abroad occasionally.
- Possess own car and driver license will be preferable.
