1) Education & Qualifications:
1.1 Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

1.3 In-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, industrial engineering principles, and work automation within the textile sector.
2) Experiences:
2.1 A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
2.2 Proven track record of leading and implementing Lean/Kaizen projects specifically in garment production environments, resulting in measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and lead time.
2.3 Experience in optimizing production lines, reducing waste, and improving workflow in garment factories.
2.4 Familiarity with advanced textile machinery, automation systems, and emerging technologies in garment manufacturing.

3.1 Strong leadership and managerial skills with a proven ability to influence and drive change in a garment factory setting.
3.2 Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with expertise in identifying inefficiencies in garment production processes and implementing effective solutions.
3.3 Expertise in Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Root Cause Analysis, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) specifically applied to garment production.
3.4 Proficiency in using statistical tools and data analysis to monitor and improve garment manufacturing performance.
3.5 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality control.
