• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Education, Training or relevant field
• Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role as well as
designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
• Knowledge of learning management software.
• Familiarity with talent management and succession planning.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques
and evaluation methods
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and native)
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within
organizations
