School Admissions & Administration Officer
บริษัท มอนเตสซอรี่ อินเทอร์แน็ชชันนัล (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective families from inquiry through to enrolment, ensuring high-quality customer service and the best possible parent experience.
- Ensure timely communication and response to all inquiries within 24 hours
- Coordinate with the Head of the Admissions and Marketing team to schedule school tours, admissions assessments, and interviews
- Ensure that all admissions decisions are communicated to families in a timely, appropriate, and diplomatic manner
- Regularly update the admissions database, ensuring proper collection and maintenance of data
- Regularly update the student and family data on the student information system in coordination with the School Registrar
- Keep up-to-date with all aspects of day-to-day school logistics in order to respond to inquiries from prospective parents
- Ensure a smooth transition into the school for new families and a smooth transition out for those departing
- Plan and implement community relations events and activities to drive family engagement and enrolment
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members of the school community to provide support as needed
- Organize and represent the school at local and international events and activities (may include evenings and weekends); coordinate volunteer efforts where and when appropriate
- Assist in developing the parent community through regular communication and proactively addressing issues that may arise.
- Maintain high-quality customer care/ service at all times.
Administration:
- Assist in the Administrative Office, supporting the day-to-day operations of the school as required.
- Liaise and build positive relationships with all members of staff within the school community.
- Assist Teachers in creating and/or printing class materials
- Assist Teachers and staff in the care and safety of students
- Receiving customer calls.
- Assist in handling any inquiries or issues received from the current parent community.
- Support and attend all major school events and functions
- Please note that the post holder may be required to work outside of normal school working hours for school events, meetings, or completing time-sensitive operations
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or related school role
- Experience working in a dynamic and growing organization
- Previous experience in an international school or educational setting is preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Thai. Chinese is a plus
- Exceptional communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in high-level networking to build creative and mutually beneficial relationships that positively impact strategic and business development
- Extensive CRM experience
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills
- Superior organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and multi-task as part of a cohesive team
