1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
2. Age not over 35 years
3. At least 1 year of experience in live stream management or digital content creation
4. Language proficiency in Thai, English, and Chinese (additional languages are a plus)
5. Strong understanding of live streaming platforms, especially TikTok and other e-commerce channels
6. Ability to analyze data and KPIs to improve live streaming performance
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
8. Strong planning skills for organizing activities and team schedules
9. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
10. Familiarity with basic live streaming equipment and setup
11. Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing requirements
12. Willingness to stay updated with live streaming trends and adapt strategies accordingly
