• Establish quality control management system policies
• Be responsible for all QC activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Control, coordinate, and inspect all internal and external document and data control procedures to be in the quality system for all units.
• Identify problems, formulate solutions and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare a summary report of quality control, problems, and solutions.
• Perform document, service or other tasks as assigned on time.
• Establish policies, record and store them correctly.
• Set guidelines, review, maintenance and development of quality management system and increase management efficiency.
• Coordinate, prepare and apply for permits with relevant agencies.
• Coordinate with internal and external departments of the company in the matter of quality management system certification/assessment.
• Collaborate with various departments to implement corrective actions and process enhancements.
• Prepare audit plans, invite meetings/take minutes and prepare meeting reports related to
the department.
• Control employees to comply with the company's regulations and follow Work Instructions (WI) to achieve the highest quality and efficiency.
• Improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products, service or processes, and training staff to use them.
• Ensure stable of the quality process to achieve department goals and KPI. Follow up, determine target and performance evaluate.
• Participant in promoting environmental, safety and health initiatives through positive reinforcement of safe behavior.
• Other assignments as requested by head department.
