Real Estate Sales Consultant (Chinese Speaking)

Identify and target potential Chinese clients interested in purchasing villas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese clients, providing personalized assistance and support throughout the buying process.
Conduct presentations and property tours for prospective buyers.
Utilize social media and other digital platforms popular in China (e.g., WeChat, Weibo) to engage with potential buyers.
- Sales Administration:
Prepare and manage sales agreements, and other documentation for Chinese clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems: HubSpot (training will be provided)
- Customer Service:
Address inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns from Chinese clients in a timely and professional manner.
Provide post-sales support to ensure a smooth transition for clients after purchase.
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Sales Consultant in Thailand or a relevant role.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the local property market and legal regulations.
- Customer-focused approach with a strong ethical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field.
