Storekeeper
บริษัท สคาย อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด- Inventory Management: Ensure the proper reception, storage, and dispatch of goods. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and manage inventories to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect all incoming and outgoing products to confirm their quality and compliance with specifications. Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues with product quality.
- Order Processing: Prepare and process order forms, and manage the entry and exit of materials using an automated supply inventory database.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe environment in the store area, adhering to safety regulations and ensuring all storage areas are well-organized and tidy.
- Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales, stock levels, and inventory movements. Generate reports and provide data to support procurement and supply chain operations.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of any assistant storekeepers and other personnel involved in store operations.
- Education: High school diploma required; further education in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role within a real estate or property setting.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and database systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good physical condition and strength.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Certification in inventory management or supply chain management is a plus.
