Sales Executive (Software / IT) (HIGH COMMISSION!)

- Utilize various channels to identify and qualify potential clients within the target market (HR departments, payroll managers, business owners).
- Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviors.
- Build a robust sales pipeline with qualified leads.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to convert leads into paying customers.
- Deliver compelling presentations showcasing the value proposition of our HR and Payroll solutions.
- Effectively negotiate contracts and close deals with key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers get the support they need ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer buying behaviors in the HR and Payroll SaaS market.
- Contribute to developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Regularly report on sales activities and performance to the Sales Manager and CEO.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the HR and Payroll SaaS industry.
- preferably working experience in Thailand
- Must be fluent in Thai language (No providing Thai work permit)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quota consistently.
- In-depth understanding of HR and Payroll software solutions and their value proposition.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and comfortable working with data analysis tools.
