Job Responsibilities
• Handle inquiries from oversea agents as assigned (incl. quotations, travel information, etc).
• Cost management including negotiating with vendors for competitive rates.
• Follow up on existing quotes and inquiries with travel agents.
• Make reservations for all services.
• Prepare travel documents i.e. vouchers, itinerary, air-tickets, train tickets, etc.
• Handle all amendments of current reservations.
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service.
• Promote company's services.
• Manage high volume of emails and phone calls.
• Follow-up on financial aspects of the bookings (invoices, payments, cost control etc.)
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed and as assigned by management.
