• To support PC, Laptop and office equipment. Provide suggestion how to resolve the issues on the technical assistances onsite, by phone and remote.
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems and software (i.e. GSuite, Windows 7 / 10, Google Sheet and hardware (i.e. Desktop, Laptop, printer).
• Assess and tracks quality of IT products
• Maintains and updates records pertaining to licenses, warranties and services agreements for minor hardware and software
