Help Desk Role
• Provides customer support and responds to requests through the help desk system and phone.
• Installs, maintains, and repairs phones, computers, printers and scanners.
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
System Administrator Role
• Work with Information Management to create and maintain update for Windows image to deploy.
• Preparation of new computers for deployment and on-site installation and attached peripherals such as printers, scanners, include site readiness inspection to verify availability of proper desktop, power outlets and network policies and per the user requirements, setting of operating system, user profiles.
• Alternate working on unlock/activate/deactivate user accounts.
Information Assurance Role
• Configuration and fine-tuning of existing applications on PCs such as Internet browser and office application settings.
• Assist to Information Security for Software Update, Software Installation. Hardware and Software Inventory.
• Verify end-point security software such as Anti-virus. HIPS and Software Update.
