• Preparing managerial & analytics reports upon daily, monthly, yearly basis and occasional request by working collaboratively with other functional departments, and by gathering relevant data from various data sources, consolidating, and structuring them into useful figures. The reports cover a wide range of businesses in both holistic view & focus view, e.g. sales turnover, sales analytics, promotional campaign efficiency, people capability & effectiveness, gross profit analysis, profit & loss projection, budgeting & expenses, data structure analysis, etc.
• Analyzing the reports with relevant opinions, information, activities, and requirements so as to reflect upon sales, market, demand & supply, financials, and businesses profitability
• Presenting the findings to management & target audiences with suggestions, ideas, and proposed solutions on what have been found, analyzed & interpreted
• Acting as a leader in data-driven & fact figures-backup decision making, but not limited-to it
• Ownership of top line analysis and cost of sales margin analysis and analyzing key financial data and advising senior management on strategic planning
• Liaise with operational accountants to ensure forecast information is accurate for inclusion in month end reports
• Evaluate the company’s performance using key data
• Advise on problems and suggest improvements
• Assisting with regular pricing reviews
• Working with senior management to identify financial risks and opportunities
