- Give the direction and/or PEN K's policy to achieve the sales target for Traditional Trade Channel (Dealers) / Department Store.
- Handle dealers, communicating with them and ensuring a good working relationship align with company policy & directions.
- Develop/improve operations performance, sales achievement, productivity & efficiency
- Collect analysis and manage information regarding markets, sales and sales related materials to make counter measure to achieve sales target
- Monitors and controls the effective implement of sales promotion activities
- Visit all dealers in order to strengthen relationship, exchange necessary information and give proper advice relating to sales and promotion aspects
- Implement and follow up Sales Process Management to improve dealer operation in order to enhance sales effectively and follow up and improve Dealer Sale Standard
