Dining Concierge (Hei Yin Restaurant)

1. To contribute to the success of the Senior Beverage & Restaurant Service Manager by leveraging
incremental revenue opportunities by up-selling the restaurants.
2. To seek every possible opportunity to offer and upsell the restaurant products, giving clear and
accurate information about the restaurants and the product offerings.
3. To greet guests at the Restaurant with a friendly and helpful predisposition.
4. To assist in making the reservation and facilitating all the arrangements for the restaurant’s guests.
5. To ensure that guest reservation arrangements are communicated to the Hostess and the concerned restaurant in a timely manner, along with any special dietary needs or specific requirements from the guests.
6. To maintain an up-to-date record of all guest bookings/revenue etc. in the provided restaurant format, and to send updates on a weekly and monthly basis to the Senior Beverage & Restaurant Service Manager and Restaurant Manager, along with a brief summary comparison vs. the previous year and highlighting any challenges that may have been encountered.
7. To maintain updated files and information on all, Restaurant promotions and points of general interest and coordinate the necessary bookings as and when requested.
8. To conduct restaurant inspections when directed.
9. To carry out administrative requirements as directed.
10. To check guest arrivals daily, highlight any VIPs, and share any specifics during the daily Restaurant briefings to ensure both service and culinary teams are updated and aware, and the best service is extended at all times.
11. To attend and up-sell the dining products at any off-site sales, as directed
12. Executes production of cash vouchers customized to guest request
13. Be able to work as a hostess when required
14. Keep the guest updated about our food promotion via e-mail and SMS.
15. Updated upselling record from all servers.
16. To conduct training for new staff as per SOP and the standard of service.
- Experience 3 years in the position of Restaurant Reservation or relevant.
- Good Thai and English language skills
- Good organizational skills
