• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, process continuous improvement and program/project improvement in manufacturing industry.
• Continuous improvement mindset and results driven.
• Good communication & Presentation skills.
• Good English communication skills both writing and speaking.
• Experienced in food & beverage quality compliance systems such as GHP, HACCP, and Halal are advantages.
• 6 days working per week (Monday - Saturday) with alternative Saturdays.
