• Bachelor's degree or above in health services, hotel management, wellness, spa or similar.
• At least 2 years of Experience in managing a healthcare facility, hotel or wellness and spa.
• Ability to supervise and motivate staff to perform their duties efficiently.
• Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
• Knowledge of procuring supplies, equipment, and staff needed at the center.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, billing, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors.
• Competency with computer-based administration system
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with customer, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
