QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) Education: Completion of college or university studies (At least two years of full time, post-secondary study at college or university) is required.
(2) Experience: A minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in protocol, secretarial, administrative, or event management, with a strong background in Thai culture and international business etiquette, is required (Please provide full information in the Main Duties and Responsibilities box. Resume and CV are not acceptable).
(3) Language: (This will be tested.)
• Fluent in Speaking/Reading/Writing English and Thai is required.
• Please clarify level of your Thai language skills on application.
• You are required to pass the English Placement test (EPT) that is conducted by the Regional Human Resources Office or submit a copy of valid TOEIC score of at least 855 with your application.
(4) Skills:
• Ability to handle a large volume and wide variety of duties simultaneously, rapidly and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to draft correspondence in both English and Thai.
• Ability to foresee potential problems, draw them to the attention of the supervisor and recommend corrective measures.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office software.
(5) Knowledge:
• A thorough knowledge of important people in Thailand. Sensitivity to and understanding of the political and social structure, and power relationships between people.
