Shrewsbury is one of South East Asia’s outstanding international schools. Shrewsbury International School City Campus is a brand new primary school, purpose-built for girls and boys aged 3-11. Located in central Bangkok, our focus is to provide a world-class quality education for children aged 3 to 11 years that is creative, innovative and stimulating. Our state-of-the-art facilities and our supportive teaching approach are our foundations for successful learning.  

  

The school provides a Primary programme of study linked to the English National Curriculum. Our approach supports the achievement and successes of all children in the school and establishes the foundations for a successful Senior School education at our Riverside Campus. 

 

Both campuses will come together to form Shrewsbury International School Bangkok and children from City Campus will graduate to Riverside in Year 7 (Age 12+). 

 

Child Safeguarding: 

Shrewsbury International School Bangkok City Campus is committed to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. The successful candidate will be required to 

• attend in-house Child Safeguarding programmes 

• promote and safeguard the welfare of all students in the school  

• report to the Child Protection Officer any concerns they have for the welfare of a student. This may include unsafe practices witnessed within the school as outlined in the school’s Whistleblowing Policy  

• keep professional relationships with students where personal boundaries are respected and maintained 

• seek advice from a Line Manager or Child Protection Officer with issues or concerns related to Child Safeguarding. 

 

Requirements: 

• Satisfactory Thai Police Criminal Record Check prior to the start of contract. 

• Confirmation of identity (Driving License / Passport / National ID card). 

• Satisfactory references  

• Verification of original qualifications and work experiences
