Job Description:
Plan, develop, and manage international procurement strategies.
Source quality suppliers of products/services and manage the development of an international supplier database.
Create a price database for products and services, including market price verification, trends, or market impacts, to enhance the company's competitive potential.
Manage, develop, and oversee international procurement staff in preparing Purchase Orders (PO).
Track products and coordinate with agents to carry out customs procedures in accordance with the company’s plan, including managing costs for efficiency and effectiveness (Cost Effectiveness).
Source/select new international suppliers to reduce costs and improve product and service quality.
Prepare purchase reports and analyses for submission to relevant departments for planning and continuous procurement plan improvement.
Provide advice and consultation that is beneficial to departments involved in procurement and purchasing of goods and services.
