• Work closely with the operation team to ensure the effectiveness and quality of the tool developed.
• Ensuring safe working conditions are designed and standardized into any changes in working practices, new processes, and plant developments.
• Identifying continuous improvement projects by working with management, and proposing changes in working practices through manufacturing approach.
• Providing technical support to all production operation staff in resolving process variations leads to reducing quality complaints and plant performance improvements.
• Ensuring all subordinates are fully briefed, counseled, trained, and developed to meet department and group objectives specifically in line with the company improvement program.
• Support the manufacturing productivity improvement process and ensure stability of process in production
• Support team efforts to follow up and establish root causes of all non-conforming products and implement corrective actions
• Investigate product failures and materials problems, testing for and identifying manufacturing issues.
• Engineering analyze statistical data through the process, do a research and initiate the activities for productivity improvement. Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Propose improvement project, outline required resources, expense budget, delegate cross-functional team member, controlling conditions, desirable target, and implementation timeline.
