Customer Service Officer
Belton Industrial (Thailand) Ltd.- Receive Delivery forecast from customer as weekly basis.
- Update if any manual demand, demand change from customer to team.
- To monitor Demand and Supply.
- To support customer requirement upon request.
- Coordinate between customer and company Provide shipment and communicate to customer.
- Co ordinate team for material and Tooling Capacity Planning.
- To monitor JIT Hub inventory on aging day.
- Support the organization Goal in achieving Total Customer Satisfaction. All other duties assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Management of Technology fields.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales and Marketing function.
- Having experience in Electronics or Hard Disk Drives.
- Familiar with Oracle system is an advantage.
- Good English communication both writing and speaking.
- 12 – 15 days of Annual Leave
