Business Incident Management Specialist (Mass Incident)
Kasikornbank Public Co.,Ltd.- Manage and monitoring business incident that affect large customers (Mass Incident), including following up and coordinate with internal departments to ensure fast and efficient management of bank business.
- Arrange for planning support to continue the business operating without affecting customers or having the least impact on customers.
- Design and develop business incident that affect large customers (Mass Incident) to ensure that Business can continue and more efficient, including coordinating with internal departments to create plan for support the prevention of future business incidents.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
