Client Service Manager (English Required)
International Tax Counsel Ltd.- Manage complex projects by directing staff to ensure all steps are completed by their deadlines
- Find solutions for clients’ needs by drawing upon expertise within the firm
- Provide customer service for long-term, high net worth clients
- Fluent English (Speaking, Reading and Writing) TOEIC 800+ or IELTS 7.5+ required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience managing complex projects and anticipating numerous deadlines
- Experience in escalations, account management, project management, etc.
- Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Looking for a long -term position
- Interested to work in early morning shift - mid afternoon (05:00am - 14:00pm)
Job Schedule:
This position required communication with staffs and clients located worldwide therefore a flexible work schedule is necessary. The schedule will most likely require starting early in the morning and working until mid-afternoon (05:00am - 14:00pm), depending on the specific needs of the company at the time.
