Responsibilities

• Support al department by effcient machine management and to keep machine in standard conditions to achieve company goals

• Organization management

• Operation Management

• Customer Satisfaction

• Manage resources (5M) in department

• Manage and set up smooth operation to service other department on time

• Follow up problem solving and analyze KPI of department

• Improve machine and facilities as requested

• Support technical issue relating to machine improvement, design and repair

• Support Improvement (EHS,ISO,Calibration)

• Management targets according to the manager director requirements

• Support 5S

• Support and joint saving water and electriccity include reduce waste

Requirements

• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี (สาขาเครื่องกล /อุตสาหการ /ไฟฟ้า /วิทยาศาสตร์หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
• มีประสบการณ์การบริหารทั้งคนและเวลา อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• มีประสบการณ์ 7-10 ปีขึ้นไป ในสายงานด้านวิศวกรรม หรืองานซ่อมบำรุง
• มีความกระตือรือร้น และความรับผิดชอบสูง มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
• สามารถทำงานในสภาวะกดดันได้ดี
• มีบุคลิกและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ในการประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
