Assistant Project Manager
CTI Logistics Co.,Ltd (CTI Holding Co.,Ltd.)- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, tasks, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify, and address potential risks and issues, and implement necessary changes to keep the project on track
- Identify project stakeholders, both internal and external, and establish effective communication channels.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Develop project budgets, including cost estimates, expenditures, and financial forecasts.
- Monitor project costs and expenses, ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize project budget utilization.
- Prepare regular project status reports, highlighting key milestones, accomplishments, risks, and issues.
- Document inspection findings, test results, and maintenance activities accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, logbooks, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related.
- Minimum 3 year of after sales experience, marketing area in automotive or mechanical business.
- Good command of English and presentation skills. (at least TOEIC Score 700)
