• Managing recruitment and selection processes.
• Define sourcing plans and programs to effectively and efficiently meet the business manpower requirements.
• Prepare report in order to update progress of recruitment i.e. monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Assist in Employee Branding & Corporate Culture Embedding.
• Develop, implements, and executes effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage talent across different job boards and local universities
• Planning, implementing and monitoring talents gap analysis for hiring new team members.
• To create conduct initiatives plan/program/activities to increase employee satisfaction and engagement or raise culture awareness of employees.
• Provide HR support and services to employees, including onboarding, offboarding, and general HR inquiries.
• Other tasks as assigned.
