- Support in handling benefits and welfare for employees
- Monitor and manage employee overtime records, prepare and analyze attendance reports to management
- Process and track employee leave requests (annual leave, sick leave, etc.)
- Handle the whole process of monthly payroll and tax including annual tax filing
- Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and general administrative support to team and other ad hoc duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, General Management, Human Resources or other related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Fair command in English.
- Knowledge of Labor Law, Social Security law and Tax is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). SAP system would be advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and service mind.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
