Business Development Officer
Kasetphand Group- Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities within construction Industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and establish new contacts.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3years experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of construction Industry dynamics and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Communicate in English or Chinese.
