1. Oversee the administrative management of the factory, including the establishment and enhancement of the administrative management system.
2. Ensure effective coordination among various departments within the factory.
3. Organize and oversee the preparation of the company's internal documents and statements.
4. Manage all aspects of meeting affairs within the factory.
5. Supervise the daily administrative affairs of the factory office.
6. Administer secretarial management within the factory.
7. Oversee the management of the staff canteen, transportation vehicles, and pool cars.
8. Conduct reception duties and manage external outreach activities.
9. Track relevant regulations and policies from government departments and report them promptly to factory leadership.
10. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders in a timely and efficient manner.
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
2. Over 10 years of experience in administration, with more than 3 years as an administration manager in large enterprises; experience in an automotive factory is preferred.
3. Deep understanding of administration processes and business operations.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in both Thai and English (written and verbal); ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canvas, and other relevant software.
