Recruitment Specialist (Chinese speaking only)

• Develop and maintain relationships with HR team to understand their hiring needs and workforce planning for various departments within the organization.
• Reviewing the JDs of open positions to ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date. Identify any gaps in the JDs and make recommendations for improvement.

• Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals, while paying attention to the specific needs of the automotive industry.
• Screen and review candidates' resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.

• Schedule and conduct in-person or online interviews with hiring managers and technical panels as needed.
• Evaluate candidates based on their skills and experience, ensuring that they align with the JD's outlined qualifications.

• Manage the recruitment process efficiently, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to the final hiring decision.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs, considering the cyclical nature of the automotive industry.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems or other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and streamline the recruitment process.
• Provide support to new hires during onboarding.

• Stay updated with industry trends and labor market conditions to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the employer brand and attract top talent.

• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal hiring policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Make Relation with education institute

• Build relations with universities through collaboration and job fair events.

Manage outsource

• Maintain relationships with recruiting agencies and other third-party recruiters.
• Control sub-contract company and report dairy employee information.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting in the Thailand OEM automotive industry.
• Familiarity with the Thailand OEM automotive market and its specific talent demands.
• Strong understanding of the recruiting process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English languages (both written and verbal) is required. Additionally, the ability to communicate in Chinese would be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canvas and other relevant software.
