Training Assistant
MDPI (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.
- Planning, coordinating, and executing training sessions for employees across various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training materials that meet the diverse learning styles and needs of employees.
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
- Effectively manage the training budget.
- Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
- Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
- Maintaining accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and evaluation results for reporting and future reference.
- Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices
Other duties:
- Assist to make and implement annual training plan.
- Execute other reasonable tasks requested by the line manager.
- Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English expression, with the ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-cultural teams.
- Proven ability to master the full training cycle.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good tutoring, problem solving and decision-making skills.
