We are looking for a young passionate Office support and Admin who can process the monthly accounting document, including office support for our clients and internally while always delivering a superior quality service
Responsibilities
Office support
- Recurringly summarize the company's payments and submit them on time.
- Issuing and sending WHT to suppliers.
- Collecting and following up on WHT from customers
- Issuing and sending receipts from Xero.
- Collecting and following up on supplier receipts
- Issuing and sending customer invoices from Xero.
- Collecting and following up on supplier receipts before uploading them to Hubdoc.
- Providing the payroll report to the accounting
Office Administrator
- Coordination within the organization / each department
- Office document support (sending post and receiving documents about office and client)
- Process bookkeeping procedures
- Manage phone calls and correspondence with client
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
