Customer Service (System Support)
Black Monster Studio Co., Ltd.The incumbent is responsible assisting the IT head or team in the facilitation, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of each marketing project for the business need; while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
The position requires strong attention to detail, operational task management and problem-solving ability.
1. Provide 1st & 2nd level application support to the operation systems in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
2. Attend to complaint tickets, clarify, and identify the root cause of the complaint.
3. Perform escalation to relevant project team leaders for unresolved issues.
4. Guide users on the workaround for well-known issues.
5. Perform data uploading, import, export and patching for the application as and when required.
6. Perform data analysis and generate statistics for management usage.
Education & Experience:
• Applicant prefer with customer service experience.
• Applicant must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Able to work in Bangkok.
• Willing to working on shifts including weekends and public holidays (double paid on PH).
• Able to read, speak & write in English and Thai as the role requires candidate to communicate with clients.
• Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Required language(s): English is intermediate level
