Overall Purpose of The Job:
This internship role is designed to support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in various recruitment and administrative tasks. The intern will assist in sourcing, candidate management, and other recruitment-related activities to ensure the timely and efficient hiring of qualified candidates. The role also involves working closely with HR and other administrative functions to support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Support
• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for the offshore team, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Help in scheduling and coordinating interviews, assessments, and other recruitment processes.
• Support in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
• Collaborate on Employer Branding initiatives, including social media campaigns and recruitment events.
• Assist in maintaining accurate recruitment records and databases.
General Administrative Support
• Maintain and update TA-related documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support in preparing HR staffing metrics and dashboards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes by providing suggestions and feedback.
Allowance : 400THB per working day
