- Manage the P&L to meet targets with precision, accompanied by in-depth analysis, such as profits for each product/customer group, and project management costs.
- Manage and control cash flow.
- Oversee financial reporting.
- Prepare financial analysis reports.
- Summarize operational and related reports, along with recommendations.
- Present suggestions for improving work processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Review profits and losses (P&L) for projects, including financial management for project investments.
- Source appropriate funding to enhance company liquidity and potential.
Additional tasks, if possible, will be considered special:
- Identify projects supported by government and private sector entities that encourage investment and support development expenses for the company.
- Prepare proposals for BOI investment promotion to enhance the company's profitability.
- Prepare financial reports for comparison with competitors or similar industries for constant analysis.
