- Objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executive.
- Creating a strong bond within the sales team and across the whole organization.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Acting as a pet products evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Negotiating with customers for transaction conditions such as price, trade terms.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in Sales Management.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong analytical skills and systematic thinking.
- Strong business sense and pet industry expertise.
- A growth mindset with positive Can-do attitude, detail-oriented, strong sense of ownership, and open-minded.
