Customer Service Staff
OOCL Logistics (Thailand) Ltd.- Coordinate with customers for customs declarations and clearance
- Prepare operational reports for internal and external clients
- Monitor service providers to ensure customer service levels and company standards are met
- Handle invoicing after service orders are delivered and manage payments to vendors
- Provide regular updates and task reports to managers
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics management, business administration or a related field
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work under pressure with a strong work ethic, including the flexibility to work overtime.
- Experience in a related field is advantageous
