Customer Service Supervisor
OOCL Logistics (Thailand) Ltd.- Handle daily export cargo operations, including carriers’ booking, SI/VGM submission, B/L follow-up, FCR documentation, pre and post-shipment notifications, and document pouching, ensuring timelines are met as per customer orders and shipment plans.
- Update shipment status in the system promptly, following SOP and KPI requirements.
- Respond to overseas customers and counterparts in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Travel and work overseas, particularly in Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, and/or Bangladesh, for short-term assignments.
- Effectively manage challenging situations and environments.
- Assist the team leader in solving daily operational issues and monitor the team’s productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics management, business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ CSV experiences in 3PL Logistics and/or shipping industries
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Good coordination and collaboration skills with overseas teams.
- Knowledge of specialized computer programs, including pivot tables.
